Our history begins in 2007. Today, SJB carries that foundation into owner-focused program and construction management—helping districts organize the work, coordinate their project partners, and bring decisions into focus.
THE COMPANY NOW
SJB Management Corp supports school districts across Southern California with program and construction management. The scope spans planning, funding coordination, consultant selection, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
Our role is to connect those phases around the district’s objectives, while maintaining clear responsibilities between the owner and its project partners.
