A management partner
on your side of the table.

SJB provides program and construction management for school districts across Southern California. Our role is to help the district maintain an informed view of its facilities work, coordinate project partners, and move decisions forward.

That support can begin with funding and consultant selection, continue through design and procurement, and extend into construction and closeout. The scope follows the needs of the district and the stage of the program.

We see communication as part of the work itself: identifying what needs attention, who is responsible, and what happens next.

A hands-on mindset.

SJB’s story began in 2007. Today, that foundation informs a company focused on the coordination, communication, and owner-side perspective that complex facilities work demands.

We bring the whole assignment into view: the district’s priorities, the project partners, the information needed to act, and the detail that carries the work through completion.
